PROGRAMMAZIONE OPERATIVA anno 2022/2023

MARZO:

In REP D’IRLANDA e IRLANDA DEL NORD, a causa della festività del 17 Marzo di S. Patrizio, ci potranno essere dei ritardi per le consegne.

APRILE:

Nelle settimane 15 e 16 i viaggi di consegna subiranno variazioni per effetto dei divieti delle giornate semi festive e festive di venerdì 15, lunedì 18 e martedì 19 aprile. La merce ritirata in settimana 15 dovrà necessariamente giungere al nostro magazzino di Motta di Livenza entro giovedì 14 aprile per essere inserita nei viaggi di consegna della settimana successiva, pertanto la conferma del ritiro merce dovrà esser fatta entro lunedì 11 aprile, con approntamento merce entro martedì 12 aprile. Nella programmazione dei viaggi in settimana 16, a causa del ridotto numero di giorni a disposizione per la consegna, i tempi di resa abituali potrebbero subire modifiche o ritardi.

Nella settimana 17 i tempi di resa abituali per le consegne nei Paesi Bassi potrebbero subire modifiche o ritardi per la festività di mercoledì 27 aprile.

 

MAGGIO:          

I viaggi in partenza per Germania, Francia, Svizzera, Austria, Belgio, Lussemburgo e Paesi Bassi nella settimana 21 dovranno necessariamente considerare che la festività di giovedì 26 maggio ridurrà i giorni a disposizione per le consegne. Di conseguenza per le spedizioni affidate nella settimana 20 con consegna in Germania, Svizzera, Paesi Bassi e Francia i tempi di resa abituali potrebbero subire modifiche o ritardi.

 

GIUGNO:

Nella settimana 22 l’attività di ritiro e di consegna dovrà essere programmata in considerazione del ridotto numero di giorni a causa della festività del 02 giugno in Italia.

Per le consegne in Regno Unito a causa della festività del 02 e del 03 giugno potrebbero subire dei ritardi. Le tassatività andranno condivise con l’operativo di riferimento.

La festività del 06 giugno potrebbe far subire modifiche o ritardi ai tempi di resa abituali.

 

LUGLIO:

I viaggi in partenza per la Francia nella settimana 28 dovranno necessariamente considerare che la festività di giovedì 14 luglio ridurrà i giorni a disposizione per le consegne. Di conseguenza per le spedizioni affidate nella settimana 27 per la Francia i tempi di resa abituali potrebbero subire modifiche o ritardi.

I viaggi in partenza per il Belgio nella settimana 29 dovranno necessariamente considerare che la festività di giovedì 21 luglio ridurrà i giorni a disposizione per le consegne. Di conseguenza per le spedizioni affidate per il Belgio nella settimana 28 i tempi di resa abituali potrebbero subire modifiche o ritardi.

 

AGOSTO:

Il magazzino non sarà operativo e tutte le attività di trasporto saranno interrotte da lunedì 15 a venerdì 26 agosto.

Per la resa FCA l’ultimo giorno utile per il ritiro da Ns. magazzino sarà venerdì 12 agosto, previo appuntamento con ufficio di competenza.

 

Per garantirvi una corretta pianificazione delle spedizioni che vorrete affidare con servizio GROUPAGE, Vi comunichiamo che ci impegneremo a consegnare entro venerdì 12 agosto le merci che riceveremo al nostro magazzino di Motta di Livenza, nelle seguenti modalità:

A causa dei divieti di circolazione del venerdì 29 la conferma del ritiro merce dovrà essere inviata entro il lunedì 25 luglio 2022, con approntamento merce tra martedì 26 e mercoledì 27 luglio 2022 per le spedizioni destinate alle seguenti zone:

  • Regno Unito: GB3 e GB2 (solamente per i CAP LA; DL; TS; SR; DH; CA; NE)
  • Irlanda
  • Germania: DE2 (solamente i CAP che iniziano con 16; 17; 18; 19; 20; 21; 22; 23; 24; 25; 26; 27; 28; 29)
  • Francia: FR4 (Corsica)
  • Spagna: ES3 e Isole Canarie, Baleari e Tenerife
  • Portogallo
  • Grecia
  • Italia: IT4 e IT5

A causa dei divieti di circolazione del venerdì 05 la conferma del ritiro merce dovrà essere inviata entro il lunedì 01 agosto, con approntamento merce tra martedì 02 e mercoledì 03 agosto 2022 per le spedizioni destinate alle seguenti zone:

  • Svizzera
  • Austria
  • Lussemburgo
  • Paesi Bassi
  • Belgio
  • Germania: DE1 e DE2 (salvo per i CAP che iniziano con 16; 17; 18; 19; 20; 21; 22; 23; 24; 25; 26; 27; 28; 29 che dovevano esserci affidati entro giovedì 28 luglio)
  • Regno Unito: GB1 e GB2 (salvo per i CAP LA; DL; TS; SR; DH; CA; NE che dovevano esserci affidati tra martedì 26 e mercoledì 27 luglio)
  • Francia: FR1, FR2 e FR3
  • Spagna: ES1 e ES2
  • Italia: IT1, IT2 e IT3

I servizi FTL (carichi completi) ed Express saranno comunque gestiti fino al 12 agosto, previa prenotazione entro e non oltre la settimana 31.

La gestione degli ordini merci di importanti quantità con servizio GROUPAGE potrà inoltre essere comunque programmata indipendentemente dalle restrizioni sopra elencate su accordo con i nostri operatori. L’attività di ritiro riprenderà nella settimana 35 a partire da martedì 30 agosto.

SETTEMBRE:

I viaggi di distribuzione con servizio GROUPAGE in Italia ed Europa riprenderanno, dopo la pausa estiva, nella settimana 36 con lunedì 05 settembre.

 

OTTOBRE:

I viaggi in partenza per la Spagna nella settimana 41 dovranno necessariamente considerare che la festività di mercoledì 12 ottobre ridurrà i gironi a disposizione per le consegne. Di conseguenza per la settimana 40 per spedizioni affidate per la Spagna i tempi di resa abituali potrebbero subire modifiche o ritardi.

I viaggi in partenza per l’Austria nella settimana 43 dovranno necessariamente considerare che la festività di mercoledì 26 ottobre ridurrà i giorni a disposizione per le consegne. Di conseguenza per la settimana 42 le spedizioni affidate per l’Austria i tempi di resa abituali potrebbero subire modiche o ritardi.

In settimana 40 le consegne potranno subire ritardi a causa della festività di mercoledì 05 ottobre in Portogallo.

NOVEMBRE:

I viaggi di distribuzione con servizio GROUPAGE in Italia ed Europa della settimana 44 dovranno necessariamente considerare che la festività di martedì 01 novembre ritarderà la partenza dei mezzi e ridurrà i giorni a disposizione per le consegne. I tempi di resa abituali a causa di un giorno in meno per la consegna potrebbero subire modifiche e ritardi.

In settimana 45 le consegne potranno subire ritardi a causa della festività di venerdì 11 novembre in Francia e Belgio.

 

DICEMBRE:

L’attività di ritiro nella settimana 49 dovrà essere programmata in considerazione del ridotto numero di giorni a disposizione per effettuare i carichi.

Il magazzino non sarà operativo e tutte le attività di trasporto a GROUPAGE saranno interrotte da venerdì 23 a venerdì 30 dicembre.

In settimana 49 le consegne potranno subire ritardi a causa della festività di martedì 06 dicembre in Spagna e di giovedì 08 dicembre in Italia, Spagna, Portogallo e Austria

 

Per il periodo natalizio vi comunichiamo che ci impegneremo a consegnare entrò giovedì 22 dicembre le merci che riceveremo al nostro magazzino di Motta di Livenza.

Le prenotazioni vanno effettuate entro martedì 29 novembre 2022 con approntamento merce entro mercoledì 30 novembre 2022 così da garantire il ritiro delle merci per le spedizioni destinate alle seguenti zone:

  • Regno Unito: GB2 e GB3
  • Irlanda
  • Germania: DE2 (solamente i CAP che iniziano per 16; 17; 18; 19; 20; 21; 22; 23; 24; 25; 26; 27; 28; 29)
  • Francia: FR4 (Corsica)
  • Spagna: ES2; ES3 e Isole Canarie, Baleari e Tenerife
  • Portogallo
  • Grecia

Le prenotazioni vanno effettuate entro lunedì 05 dicembre 2022 con approntamento merce possibilmente entro martedì 06 dicembre 2022. Garantiamo i ritiri previa pianificazione con il nostro ufficio logistica@degirolami.com fino al 9 dicembre 2022, pervia disponibilità dei mezzi, per le spedizioni destinate alle seguenti zone:

  • Spagna: ES1

I servizi FTL (carichi completi) ed Express saranno comunque gestiti fino al 23 dicembre, previa prenotazione al reparto commerciale rivolgendosi a sales@degirolami.com entro e non oltre la settimana 50.

La gestione degli ordini merci di importanti quantità con servizio GROUPAGE potrà inoltre essere comunque programmata indipendentemente dalle restrizioni sopra elencate su accordo con i nostri operatori.

L’attività di ritiro riprenderà nella settimana 2 del 2023 da lunedì 09 gennaio.

 

Invitiamo a pianificare i ritiri direttamente con l’ufficio logistica@degirolami.com ed effettuare i ritiri della merce nella settimana 51, 2022.

 

OPERATIONAL PLANNING 2022/2023

 

MARCH:

Due to the holiday of St.Patricks Days on the 17th of March, in Ireland and Northern Ireland, the usual delivery times may be subject to changes or delays.

APRIL:

In weeks 15 e 16 the delivery trips will be subject to variation due to the semi-festive and festive days of Friday 15th, Monday 18th, and Tuesday 19th of April. The goods collected in week 15 must necessarily arrive at our warehouse in Motta di Livenza by Thursday 14th of April to be included in the delivery trips for the following week. Therefore, confirmation of collection of the goods must be done by Monday 11th April, with the preparation of goods by Tuesday 12th of April.

In week 16 due to the reduced number of days available for delivery, the usual delivery times may be subject to changes or delays.

In week 17 the usual transit time for deliveries to the Netherlands may be subject to change or delay due to the holiday of Wednesday 27th of April.

 

MAY:   

Trips departing to Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands in week 21 will necessarily have to consider that the holiday of Thursday 26Th May will reduce the days available for deliveries. Consequently, for shipments entrusted in week 20 with delivery in Germany, Switzerland, and the Netherlands, the usual delivery times may be subject to changes or delays.

 

JUNE:

Collection of goods in week 22 will be necessarily scheduled considering the reduced availably of days to freighting due to the holiday of 02nd of June in Italy.

Due to the holiday of 02nd and 03rd, June deliveries in the United Kingdom may be subject to delays. The binding nature will be shared with the referring operating.

Due to the holiday of Monday 06th June, the usual delivery times may be subject to changes or delays.

 

JULY:

Trips departing to France in week 28 will necessarily have to consider that the holiday of Thursday 14th July will reduce the days available for deliveries. Consequently, for shipments entrusted in week 27 with delivery in France, the usual delivery times may be subject to changes or delays.

Trips departing to Belgium in week 29 will necessarily have to consider that the holiday of Thursday 21st July will reduce the days available for deliveries. Consequently, for shipments entrusted in week 28 with delivery in Belgium, the usual delivery times may be subject to changes or delays.

 

AUGUST:

The warehouse will be non-operational and all deliveries will be interrupted from Monday 15th to Friday 26th August.

For the FCA yield, the deadline for collecting goods at our warehouses will be on Friday 12th August, by appointment to the proper department.

To ensure proper delivery planning using the GROUPAGE service, we will endeavour to deliver by Friday 12th goods received at our warehouse in Motta di Livenza as follows:

Due to the prohibitions of Friday 29th of July, confirmation of goods collection has to be done by Monday 25th of July, with the preparation of goods between Tuesday 26th and Wednesday 27th of July for shipments that are going to:

  • United Kingdom: GB3 e GB2 (only zip code LA; DL; TS; SR; DH; CA; NE)
  • Ireland
  • Germany: DE2 (only zip code starting with con 16; 17; 18; 19; 20; 21; 22; 23; 24; 25; 26; 27; 28; 29)
  • France: FR4 (Corsica)
  • Spain: ES3 e Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, and Tenerife
  • Portugal
  • Greece
  • Italy: IT4 and IT5

  • United Kingdom: GB1 and GB2 (except for zip code LA; DL; TS; SR; DH; CA; NE that had to be entrusted between Tuesday 26th and Wednesday 27th of July)
  • France: FR1, FR2, and FR3
  • Spain: ES1 and ES2
  • Italy: IT1, IT2, and IT3

 

FTL service (full loads) and Express will be however managed until 12th August, upon reservation not later than week 31.

The planning of large quantities orders using GROUPAGE service can also be scheduled regardless of the restriction listed above by agreement with our operators.

The collection will resume on week 35 from Tuesday 30th August

 

SEPTEMBER:

Trips departing to Italy and Europe using GROUPAGE service will resume after the summer break in week 36 on Monday 05th September.

 

OCTOBER:

Trips departing to Spain in week 41 have necessarily considered that the holiday of Wednesday 12th October will reduce the days available for deliveries. Consequently, for shipments entrusted in week 40 delivery in Spain the usual delivery times may be subject to changes or delays.

Trips departing to Austria in week 43 have necessarily considered that the holiday of Wednesday 26th October will reduce the days available for deliveries. Consequently, for shipments entrusted in week 42 delivery in Austria the usual delivery times may be subject to changes or delays.

In week 40 delivery may be subject to change or delay due to the holiday of Wednesday 05th October in Portugal.

 

NOVEMBER:

Trips departing to Italy and Europe using GROUPAGE service in week 44 must necessarily consider that the holiday of Tuesday 01st November will delay the transport departure and will reduce the number of days available for delivery.

The usual transit time for deliveries may be subject to change or delay due to one day less to the delivery.

In week 45 delivery may be subjected to delay in France and Belgium due to the holiday of Friday 11th November.

 

DECEMBER:

In week 49 collection must be scheduled considering the decreasing amount of days available to make freight loading.

The warehouse will be not operational and all GROUPAGE deliveries will be interrupted from Friday 23rd to Friday 30th December.

In week 49, due to the holiday of Tuesday 06th, December in Spain and of Thursday 08th in Italy, Portugal, and Austria deliveries may be subject to delay.

During the Christmas season, we will endeavour to deliver by Thursday 22nd the goods received at our warehouse in Motta di Livenza.

Bookings need to be expired by Tuesday 29th November 2022 with the preparation of goods

Within Wednesday 30th November 2022 to ensure collection of goods for shipments which are going to:

  • United Kingdom: GB2 e GB3
  • Ireland
  • Germany: DE2 (only zip code which begins with 16; 17; 18; 19; 20; 21; 22; 23; 24; 25; 26; 27; 28; 29)
  • France: FR4 (Corsica)
  • Spain: ES2; ES3 and Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, and Tenerife
