PROGRAMMAZIONE OPERATIVA DICEMBRE 2020/GENNAIO 2021

Per garantirvi una corretta pianificazione delle spedizioni che vorrete affidare, con servizio GROUPAGE, Vi comunichiamo che ci impegneremo a consegnare entro lunedì 21 Dicembre le merci che riceveremo al nostro magazzino di Motta di Livenza:

Entro venerdì 4 Dicembre per le spedizioni destinate alle seguenti zone:
• Regno Unito: GB3 e GB2 (solamente per i CAP LA; DL; TS; SR; DH; CA; NE)
• Irlanda
• Germania: DE2 (solamente per i CAP che iniziano per 17; 18; 19; 23; 24; 25; 26; 27; 28)
• Francia: FR4 (Corsica)
• Spagna: ES3 e Isole Canarie, Baleari e Tenerife
• Portogallo
• Grecia
• Italia: IT4 e IT5

Entro venerdì 11 Dicembre per le spedizioni destinate alle seguenti zone:
• Svizzera
• Austria
• Lussemburgo
• Paesi bassi
• Belgio
• Germania: DE1 e DE2 (salvo per i CAP che iniziano per 17; 18; 19; 23; 24; 25; 26; 27; 28 che dovevano esserci affidati entro il 4 Dicembre)
• Regno Unito: GB1 e GB2 (salvo per i CAP LA; DL; TS; SR; DH; CA; NE che dovevano esserci affidati entro il 4 Dicembre)
• Francia: FR1, FR2 e FR3
• Spagna: ES1 e ES2
• Italia: IT1, IT2 e IT3

I servizi FTL (carichi completi) ed Express saranno comunque gestiti per l’intero mese di Dicembre, previa prenotazione dei servizi entro e non oltre la settimana 50.

La gestione degli ordini di merci di importanti quantità con servizio GROUPAGE potrà inoltre essere comunque programmata indipendentemente dalle restrizioni sopra elencate dietro accordo con i nostri operatori.

Il nostro deposito sarà chiuso da lunedì 28 Dicembre a giovedì 31 Dicembre.

Tutte le merci ritirate nelle settimane 51 e 52 del 2020 verranno messe in consegna nella settimana 1 del 2021 da lunedì 4 Gennaio 2021.

Molto importante: Vi chiediamo cortesemente di comunicare specifiche richieste o variazioni sulle merci affidate in tempo utile ad essere da noi correttamente eseguite e, soprattutto, di verificare che i destinatari siano aperti prima di affidarci le consegne.

A tale proposito ricordiamo che:
– è consigliabile anticipare quanto più possibile le prenotazioni rispetto alla settimana di ritiro.
– è importante che ogni prenotazione sia completa dei corretti riferimenti di contatto del destinatario finale della merce come: nominativo cui fare riferimento, indirizzo di posta elettronica, contatto telefonico.
– conoscendo questi dati, ogni destinatario verrà puntualmente informato dei dati relativi alla merce a lui destinata e della previsione della data di consegna prima della partenza del viaggio con un messaggio di posta elettronica da dove potrà attivare uno specifico tracking collegato al nostro portale FURNITURE FACE che permetterà di conoscere in ogni momento lo stato di avanzamento della spedizione.

To guarantee you a correct planning of the shipments that will be etrusted us, with GROUPAGE service, we inform you that we will deliver within Monday 21st December the goods that we will receive in our Motta di Livenza warehouse:

Within Friday the 4th of December the shipments which are going to:

  • United Kingdom: GB3 et GB2 (only for postcode LA; DL; TS; SR; DH; CA; NE)
  • Ireland
  • Germany: DE2 (only for postcode which begins with 17; 18; 19; 23; 24; 25; 26; 27; 28)
  • France: FR4 (Corsica)
  • Spain: ES3 Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Tenerife
  • Portugal
  • Greece
  • Italy: IT4 et IT5

 Within Friday the 11th of December the shipment which are going to:

  • Switzerland
  • Austria
  • Luxembourg
  • Netherlands
  • Belgium
  • Germany – DE1 and DE2 (except for postal codes starting with 17; 18; 19; 23; 24; 25; 26; 27; 28 which had to be entrusted by December 4th)
  • United Kingdom – GB1 and GB2 (except for postal codes LA; DL; TS; SR; DH; CA; NE which had to be entrusted by December 4th)
  • France FR1, FR2 and FR3
  • Spain – ES1 and ES2
  • Italy – IT1, IT2 and IT3

The FTL (full loads) and Express services will however be managed for the entire period, by reservation of services no later than week 50.

The planning of large quantities orders with the GROUPAGE service can also be scheduled regardless of the restrictions listed above by agreement with our operators.

Our Warehouse will be closed from Monday 28th December to Thursday 31st December.

All goods collected in weeks 51 and 52 will be delivered in week 1 of 2021 from Monday 4 January 2021.

Very important: We kindly ask you to communicate specific requests or variations on the goods entrusted in useful time to be correctly performed by us and also to verify that the final customers are open before you entrust us the deliveries.

In this regard, we remind you that:

– it is advisable to anticipate reservations as much as possible compared to the week of collection.

– it is important to receive each booking completed with the correct contact details of the final customer of the goods such as: name to refer to, e-mail address, telephone contact.

– knowing these data, each recipient will be promptly informed of the data relating to the goods destinated to him and the estimate delivery date before the departure of the truck with an e-mail from which he can activated the tracking which is related to our web page Furniture Face where he can find in any time the status of the shipment.

Les services FTL (complets) et express seront actives pour l’entier mois SOUS réservation des service au plus tard en semaine 50.

La gestion des commandes de marchandises de grandes quantités avec le service GROUPAGE peut également être programmée quelles que soient les restrictions listées ci-dessus en accord avec nos opérateurs.

Notre dépôt sera fermé du lundi 28 Décembre a jeudi 31 Décembre.

Toutes livraisons collectées pendant les semaines 51 e 52 seront livrées à partir du lundi 4 Janvier 2021.

Très important: nous vous demandons, s’il vous plait, de vouloir nous communiquer toute demande particulière ou modification en temps et surtout de vérifier si les destinataires sont ouverts, avant de nous confier la marchandise.

Pour cette raison nous vous rappelons que:

–          Il est mieux d’anticiper au maximum les réservations;

–          Les réservations doivent être complètes avec tous contacts du destinataire final: nome du référant, numéro du téléphone, adresse mail.

–          En connaissant ces donnés, chaque destinataire sera systématiquement informé par mail avec les détails de la marchandise qu’il va recevoir, la prevision de livraison avant la partance du chauffeur et il pourra activer le tracking connecté à notre portail FURNITUREFACE qui lui permettra de vérifier l’état de son expédition en temps réel.
